Absolutely horrible customer service from this store. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to get a few color copies printed. I ended up getting some dopey kid that had NO CLUE how to make a color copy. Furthermore, the manager Jesse came out and said he was too busy to hit the print button. But if I wanted to pay a $50 rush order fee for the 2 color copies he would make time to do it. It's one thing to have uneducated kids on your front line and face of customer service but the manager to be unwilling to help and arrogant. STORE MANAGER JESSE SHOULD BE FIRED OR AT LEAST RETRAINED ABOUT HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

I have been to several UPS stores in various states and towns through the decades. None of them impresses me as much as this location. The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and always helpful! I've been going there for the past two years, not once have I had a bad experience- not once- and I'm there quite frequently. The line moves quickly because of their efficiency, and yet you always get the help you need. That speaks volumes to me about their commitment to customer service and training. Thank you to all the employees who have helped me with whatever I've needed on my visits, you are so very appreciated!

I use this UPS Store in Boiling Springs often for work, and they always go above and beyond. I bring in large quantities of heavy, dirty tools that need to be packaged and shipped for repair, and despite how difficult the shipments can be, the staff is always courteous, professional, and makes me feel like I’m never a problem. They handle everything with a positive attitude and are genuinely happy to help. A special shoutout to Chase—he’s always ready to tackle the challenges I bring in and does it with a smile. Excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend this location!

The associate that helped me was not only nice and courteous but was very competent in her role. She was able to get my transactions done correctly, completely and efficiently without having any problems or issues. I was in and out of the store in a matter of minutes with her having been able to make my transactions and gave me the assurance that it was done properly.
