Words cannot express how much I appreciate honest and down-to-earth people like John and Justin! My favorite thing about this team is their responsiveness and ease of communication. Justin McJunkin was a treasure to me during the months I was car shopping. He was extremely communicative via text, email, and phone with quotes, answers to questions, and with the provision of proof of insurance for my new car. His attentiveness made the car buying process run so much more smoothly than it has for me in the past. Each time I come in to the office on Highway 9 I always feel welcomed and valued as a customer-I always leave with a smile on my face! Thanks to the team at the John Bruner office in Boiling Springs-I highly recommend!

I’ve moved several times while in school, and this office has always been incredibly flexible, updating my address quickly and without any extra fees. They’re consistently easy to reach, always pick up the phone, and make sure everything on my account is accurate with no surprise charges. Everyone in the office is on the same page and communicates exceptionally well. My Agent name was Justin, he was very polite, understanding and patient. You don’t get that quite a lot dealing with customers/employees over the phone. I came from GEICO and it was the best decision that I made. State Farm is very informative and easy to work with especially in accident situations.

I recently relocated from Charlotte and used my same agent to get my auto, homeowners and umbrella policies. After speaking to Nathaniel he was able to give me a quote which saved me money. He is very professional and responds timely with questions when I left him a message. So I made the switch. Only concern was the amount quoted yesterday changed to a slightly higher amount today.
