Only retailer in the area that keeps a full line of Taste of the Wild,including puppy Pacific Stream. The staff is very knowledgeable,friendly & most helpful.

6 months ago, I wouldn't even walk in this place. Recently visited due to new Management and was amazed at the cleanliness of this store now. The employee's, along with the new Manager are very helpful, courteous, and polite and are always willing to helps us load our Vehicle with our mega purchases of Dog food. The new Associate Manager Shannon has gone above and beyond to always order and have just what we need when we get there, but here lately her Manager has been killing our orders causing us to go elsewhere. Upper Management should really chill out and let the Associate Manager continue to do the great job she has been doing.

This was the 1st time visiting here. My mom & I went here initially because she needed a certain kind of dog food for her mini chiuwwa and we didn't feel the desire to drive 25 minutes to the chain store located across town. I am really glad we decided here. There we're 2 employees visible. Both very well educated in the area of pets. They we're kind, knowledgeable, not pushy, and extremely helpful. My mother is now a customer and in out own community & not a ordinary "chain" store. Although we we're interested in only foods, the store was supplied with products any pet owner would need. We even got a few sample foods as a courtesy and since I don't have a dog, I got cat samples for my elderly Maine Coon cat. Both, her dog and my cat loved the all natural food we purchased The store was well lit, very clean not cluttered and inviting. Choice well made.

This place was filthy. Especially around the reptile area. Dirt and spiderwebs around the cages. Buildup on the aquariums. Dead fish floating. Empty water bowls. And a full grown ball python cramped into a little cage. The staff took no interest in us until we took an unusually long interest in the reptile area. Disgusting. It looks really nice to have all the fancy food & equipment for the pets in the store. But it doesnt make up for the filthy conditions the animals have to live in. The staff would rather stand and talk. Do Your Jobs. CLEAN IT UP or stop selling live pets.

Very friendly and helpful staff with a passion for animals. Had a decent selection of pocket pet supplies, as well as things for larger animals. Went to the big stores first. Couldn't find what I was looking for. Gave them a call, and they had it. Even had a better price for it. I actually do work as a vendor for one of their primary suppliers. Which was what made me decide to give them a try. And I can personally vouch that their products come from a very clean and monitored facility. Run by more animal lovers. We've been going there for our pet needs now. Much more of a personal feel than other stores.
