Jeremy is amazing, without a doubt the best real-estate agent we have ever worked with! He was extremely accommodating in showing us several houses and placing multiple offers. His utilization of industry web/app tools made him very agile in recommending offer amounts and timing, he even helped us place an offer remotely while out of town on a ski trip :) Jeremy also has a wealth of knowledge in terms of home craftsmanship, style, age, location and how these correlates to the value of different properties. Jeremy was FANTASTIC in helping us move from out of state to South Carolina. Not only was he willing to do virtual home tours for us, but he also made sure to to free up his schedule when we were in town on the weekend for several hours to show us houses. He was always very responsive to our needs, very knowledgeable about re-sale homes AND new construction homes. He recommended some fantastic inspectors who found a leak in our home that would have caused immense damage if not fixed early. Jeremy advocated for our wants and needs with the contractors building our home and helped us find the home that best suited our needs.
