I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Dylan. He provided excellent service, treated me with respect, and was very down-to-earth. He went out of his way to build a genuine relationship with customers, which you don’t see often anymore. I was even offered a discount out of kindness, which I truly appreciated. Dylan made the entire experience smooth and welcoming — I honestly told him he deserves a raise. Customer service like this is rare. Highly recommend this location!

Best oil change experience I’ve ever had. The team at this location is on top of it. Offered water immediately upon pulling up and snacks for my kiddo. Very fast, efficient. The employee who helped me was nice to look at. Matter of fact, everyone was pretty easy on the eyes. Wasn’t even mad when they upsold me on a higher quality oil, I should probably be using it anyway. Lmk if y’all put out a calendar. 10/10 recommend

I pulled up to this place expecting just to ask some questions and was amazed by the service. Timmy was my tech and he was super cool about answering questions, offering discounts and helping me find pricing that worked for me. I ended up going to autozone to grab a filter they didn’t have and he actually called up the place to tell them I was on the way and to reserve the filter for me. He is super friendly and him, Dillion and Mason were all fantastic, helpful and efficient. Timmy even offered to stay open a little longer after closing while I grabbed my filter. 10/10 experience, highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a tune up or refill.

When I pulled in, Ryan (the manager) greeted me right away and instantly noticed that my son was having a rough day and crying. Without hesitation, he gave both of my children Capri Suns and gummies, which meant so much to me as a parent. Ryan and his team were attentive the entire time, answered all of my questions, and truly took care of me. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I will not visit another Take 5—this team is absolutely top-notch. Go see them today! You will not be disappointed.
