Dear Dollar General Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment I received during my recent visit to one of your store locations. During my visit, I experienced rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. I greeted them kindly and even said “thank you” at the end of my transaction, but they did not respond at all. Instead, they displayed a bad attitude and made me feel unwelcome. What was even more upsetting was the way I felt I was being racially profiled. Their tone, body language, and general demeanor toward me were completely different from how they treated other customers in the store. No one should ever feel disrespected or judged because of their race or background, especially in a place of business. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and basic human decency. I am asking that this matter be taken seriously and investigated. Your employees should treat all customers with respect, regardless of who they are.

Always super dirty and there’s so many boxes and junk in the isles that it’s a tripping hazard. Employees are in the back cussing and throwing stuff all over the floor today, it’s really a mess. I doubt there is even a manager, it’s THAT BAD!! Filthy and smells horrible

Dollar Tree has seemed to decline in quality over the past few years. After the whole price raise, it has really gone bad. Messy store and felt like it was completely different from how I remember these stores. I would say it used to be the best of the three big dollar chains, now I wonder if Family Dollar outbeats them.

If I could give it no stars I would have. What happened to this place!? It’s bare, ok, I can deal with that but it’s filthy! Where’s management or do they care! Very disappointed will not be back to this store!
