One star is one star too many. This company put in a "new" AC unit in my sister's house back 2022 (the unit was either used or had been sitting somewhere) and has had issues ever since. BS Heating and Air had to come back out at least 6 times due to issues that began immediately and they could never find an issue, of course. After reaching out to another company, it was found that BS heating and cooling had the control panel messed up, damper compressor messed up, and an obviously old unit that was sold to us as brand new. We were told if she continued to run the unit it had a great potential to cause a fire! It was causing mold in her bonus room and primary bathroom, if the upstairs of the home was set to cool, the unit would quit working and need service and the downstairs would not cool at the same time. This company shouldn't even be in business. They're clearly unethical and unqualified. This company is a major scam and could cause fires! Nothing but issues for three years! Now she has to buy a new unit! Over 10k wasted! Buyers and customers beware!!

This place is a rip-off. We are sitting with our air right now. At 70 eight, we had them come out 2 separate times in 1 week for them to tell us nothing was wrong with it only a part and it needed to be cleaned. We paid them $500 to clean our air conditioning. And guess where that got us worse than what it was before Absolutely disappointing, do not recommend, do not waste your money. They are not hiring very smart people, I guess. Do better in this economy

Unmatched service and support. Eddie has gone above and beyond in helping me with al my hvac needs for multiple rental homes. He has helped me on the weekends and evenings both on the phone and through text. His pricing is very competitive and he’s willing to work with you when needed. He has been out either same day or next day anytime I’ve put in a service d request. Light years ahead of any other company I’ve worked with the last decade. Thanks Eddie and team.
